I ordered from cosyhousecollection.com thinking, okay, this should probably ship out in a few days like most places do. Nope. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, that already put me in a bad mood because I wasn’t prepared to wait that long.
The tracking was basically useless for a while too. It just sat there with no updates, so I kept checking like an idiot, hoping something had changed. I get that shipping delays happen, but can we at least get some kind of update so customers aren’t just guessing what’s going on?
The item did finally show up and it was fine, so at least there’s that. But the whole shipping situation made the experience way more annoying than it needed to be. I’d maybe order again, but only if I absolutely didn’t care when it arrived...

The sheets feel nice enough, and overall I don’t have any huge complaints. The washing part has just been a little inconsistent. The first time I washed them, they came out okay, but the second time they were more wrinkled than I expected and took longer to dry too. Maybe I overloaded the dryer a bit, or maybe they just need extra time… not sure. Anyway, they’re not damaged or anything, so that’s good, but I was hoping they’d be more low-maintenance.

I did end up getting my refund, though it took a little longer than I expected. The process was okay overall, just not super fast. I’d say it’s probably fine if you’re not in a rush.

The sheets arrived looking more gray than the warm beige I thought I was getting from the photos. They’re still okay, but the color wasn’t quite what I had in mind.

The site has a clean, calming feel, which makes sense for bedding, and overall it’s pleasant enough to browse. That said, some pages feel basic, and I wish the product photos were a bit better. I also got a little frustrated because the answers or info didn’t always seem consistent from one place to another, which made it harder to feel sure about what I was looking at. It’s not a bad site, it just doesn’t really stand out much

I was promised my order would arrive safely packed, but the box showed up completely crushed. Everything inside looked tossed around and messy, which was frustrating. I expected better, especially after being assured it would be handled properly

It’s definitely Soft and feels nice enough, but I guess I was expecting it to be a little softer. it’s not bad at all, just kind of average for what it costs.

Customer service took a while to get back to me, and when they did, the answers weren’t very clear. I felt like I had to keep following up just to figure out what I was supposed to do next

By the time everything finally got sorted out, I was already frustrated and kind of over it. I didn’t even really want the item anymore after all that

It’s comfy enough, but not anything amazing. I sleep fine on it, but I was kinda hoping it would feel a little more cozy or supportive.

i had a good time browsing Cosy House Collection. there were a lot of bedding and home bits to choose from, and i really liked the color options. it did take me a while to compare everything, but that’s not a bad problem to have. i’d probably give it 5 stars if they had a few more patterns.

I ordered one size and they ended up sending me a different one, so I had to go through the return process. Not the biggest disaster in the world, but still annoying. I just wanted the right size and then suddenly I’m printing labels and repacking it like I work in shipping now
